The materials may be used for your personal use only and not for distribution or publication and you agree not to distribute, sell or otherwise transfer the materials for profit or otherwise.

The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover their attorney’s fees and costs. District of Columbia law shall govern this agreement.
